We work directly with small estate farmers in the high-altitude growing regions of South India — Coorg, Chikmagalur, the Nilgiris — selecting only the finest green Arabica lots, hand-sorted and sun-dried on raised beds.
We roast each origin to a custom profile that honours its unique character, then grind it fresh to your brew method and deliver it to your door.
